Delivery policy

Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24-hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched from our UK fulfilment warehouse. Please note, this can take longer during sales and busy periods.

Once your order has left us, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information so you can follow its progress.

Before we can dispatch your purchase, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We’ll do our best to keep delays to a minimum.

In busy periods or unforeseen circumstances the lead time may be slightly longer, you will be informed of any delivery changes outside of our standard times at the time of placing the order.

Customs and Import

Items shipped internationally sometimes incur local duties and customs charges. We have no control over these charges and therefore these are not included in your order total. The shipping courier will contact you if any duties need to be paid before delivering your parcel. Lyla Lupa takes no responsibility in paying these charges and it will be the buyers’ responsibility to pay any outstanding duties and customs.
